To commemorate four years of service excellence and driving financial inclusion in the country, 9 Payment Service Bank (9PSB), yesterday reaffirmed its commitment to empowering Nigerians and bridging the gap between the banked, the unbanked and underbanked.

Its Chief Executive Officer, Branka Mracajac, in a statement whilst reflecting on the bank’s journey in democratizing financial services and driving innovation, acknowledged the challenges faced and the contributions of stakeholders who have supported the mission.

She noted that the focus remains on creating a brighter future by leveraging technology and fostering inclusivity.

“The past four years have been anything but easy – a journey marked by relentless challenges and uphill battles. Yet, through sheer determination and unwavering commitment, we have built the foundations of something truly remarkable.

This anniversary is also a moment to reflect on and honor the support and contributions of our customers, partners, staff and ex-employees who were part of this journey” She said. As 9PSB marks this milestone, it emphasizes its renewed dedication to financial inclusion and empowerment in Nigeria. By continually innovating and expanding its offerings, the bank is poised to make an even greater impact in the years ahead.

This celebration not only marks progress but also serves as a call to action to continue building a more inclusive financial ecosystem for all Nigerians.
