A former chairman of Oluyole Local Government Area of Oyo State, Alhaji Kehinde Olaosebikan, has said the powerhouse in Oluyole Local Government Area of Oyo State will deliver big for President Bola Tinubu and ensure a convincing win for all the candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) during the 2027 general elections.
Speaking at the APC Unity Rally in Olomi Area of Oluyole Local Government, he emphasised the party’s commitment to improving its 2023 election performance.
Olaosebikan pledged that the local government would triple its votes for Tinubu and ensure a convincing win for all the APC candidates next year.
He announced plans to boost voter registration, card collection, and turnout, saying, “Politics is local. We are working assiduously to see that more eligible voters register, that more registered voters collect their voters’ cards, and most importantly at the appropriate time we will ensure that overwhelming numbers of voters cast their votes for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and all the APC candidates in 2027.”
Olaosebikan, Convener of PBAT-KO Grassroots Movement, with its headquarters at CICU Building, Olomi, Olojuoro Road, Ibadan, noted that APC has grown significantly in Oluyole, with many heavyweights and traditional leaders joining the party.
The South West Zonal Coordinator, Media and Publicity for the APC Presidential Campaign Council (PCC) and Chairman, Media and Publicity Committee for Tinubu/ Shettima Campaign for Oyo State in 2023, commended the former Senate Leader, Senator Teslim Folarin, who is the Renewed Hope Ambassador for Oyo State, and party leaders for the successful unity rally.
“I commend the Renewed Hope Ambassador for Oyo State, Senator Teslim Kolawole Folarin, the state leaders, and all the Ambassadors across the state for the rally. With this massive turnout, it’s already yielding great fruits. APC is the main party in Oyo State, and in Oluyole, we are making it the only functional party.
“APC is now more than ever united, stronger, and working in unison to deliver momentously to the party,” he stated.
Olaosebikan, who noted that APC chairman in Oluyole Local Government, Alhaji Waheed Akinleye, has spearheaded efforts to unite the party, commended his executives for the success.
He added that the PBAT-KO Grassroots Movement has mobilized support across 229 polling units, sensitising voters on registration and APC membership. He added that the movement was at Gbaleasun village, which is the remotest part of the council area some days ago to mobilise and sensitise the real grassroots people on the continuous voters’ registration exercise and the ongoing APC membership registration exercise.
“We will spare no effort in giving President Tinubu and APC candidates the maximum votes possible,” Olaosebikan vowed
