The Supreme Head of Cherubim & Seraphim Unification Church of Nigeria, His Most Eminence Prophet Solomon Adegboyega Alao, has predicted a positive outlook for Nigeria’s economy in the New Year, assuring that there will be an improvement in the general well-being of the citizenry.

In a statement made available to Sunday Sun, he urged Nigerians to put the outgone year of lamentation behind them and rededicate their lives to God for a new leash of life, describing the New Year as a year of ‘divine elevation’ for the children of God.

He, however, admonished anyone seeking to benefit from the abundance of God’s blessings in the New Year to devote their lives to His service and practice good neighbourliness, urging sustained prayer and support for the leadership to see the nation out of the current challenges.

The statement read in part: “God has promised a new thing in the businesses of every Nigerian who believes and takes to His directives. God has directed that every Nigerian must live peacefully and in harmony with his neighbour, while he warned that we should refrain from sin.”

Prophet Alao explained that the new thing God promised to repentant souls would defy all known theories and economic policies, but that the new thing would defy the normal norms and upset all human permutations.

“God has promised us that He will do new things this year 2025. I say here that no power, no conspiracy, no blackmail, no vampires against this country will prevail this New Year. God has promised shoal of fire on the heads of detractors and evildoers in this country this year,” he declared.
