After helping Nigeria to a valuable victory against Australia, FC Barcelona Feminine has saluted Nigeria’s Super Falcons forward Asisat Oshoala.

Super Falcons surprised all the bookmakers by securing a 2-3 win over the Matildas of Australia.

Oshoala started the game on the bench due to a minor injury but her inclusion in the second half sealed the game for Nigeria.

The lanky attacker scored the assurance goal for Nigeria and ensured a maximum of 3 points.

The Catalan-based club greeted Oshoala with the inscription “When you go out and scored in a World Cup” 💪 the club said.

The goal made Oshoala the first African player that will score in 3 consecutive World Cup.
