Enugu State Governor, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, yesterday, prayed God to take charge of the electoral process in the state.
Ugwuanyi, who cast his ballot at his polling unit 002, Amube Orba ward in Udenu Local Government Area of Enugu State about 9.35 am, said he had prayed God to take charge of Enugu elections.
“I thank God that Enugu election started peacefully and it will end peacefully. Enugu State is in the hands of God,” he said.
The turnout was impressive and card readers which experienced technical problems during the presidential and National Assembly elections were observed working perfectly.
