Zylus unveils Tiwa Phase 2, Lagos

Zylus Homes on Saturday, May 18, 2024, launched a new residential estate, Tiwa Phase 2, in Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos.

Building on the success of Tiwa Garden City Phase 1 and Tiwa Commercial Hub launched in 2023, the new estate is set to redefine urban living with a combination of modern amenities that showcase Zylus Homes’ commitment to quality and excellence.

The GCEO, Dr. Oluwatosin Olatujoye, said Zylus Homes “continues to live up to its vision with meticulously planned real estate developments.

Representing the Lagos State Government, Mr. Yusuf Olalekan, from the New Towns Planning Authority, stated that Zylus was a trailblazer in the real estate industry: “The company has continually collaborated with government to develop high-quality residential and commercial properties.
