The Zamfara State Ministry of Commerce, Tourism, and Industries hosted a one-day stakeholders’ meeting with the local business community to address commercial challenges and explore investment and trade opportunities.

According to a statement by the ministry’s Information Officer, Jamilu Bello, the Commissioner for Commerce, Tasi’u Musa Shinkafi, assured attendees that Governor Dauda Lawal’s administration remains committed to supporting private sector growth through fairness, justice, and equal treatment.

Shinkafi emphasised the vital role businesses play in driving economic expansion, creating jobs, and advancing sustainable development across the state.

He used the platform to invite local entrepreneurs as well as national and international investors to the upcoming Zamfara State Business Summit.

The commissioner explained that the summit would offer business owners a platform to showcase products, build networks, and formulate practical strategies to unlock Zamfara’s economic potential.
