Presidential Candidate of the Young Progressive Party (YPP), Arch. Dr. Peter Agada has vowed to transform Nigeria’s economy through a newly modeled digitalized leadership system called ‘LabourDirect’, of elected in 2027.
Dr. Agada, who spoke in an exclusive interview with the Sun in Abuja, emphatically highlighted that introducing the LabourDirect solution template to revamp the economy is central to his Presidential aspiration, as it forms the nucleus of his campaign manifesto. He said this model has also been upgraded from a policy paper to a live digital government platform.
Furthermore, the former Director of Finance of the Obidient Movement and founder of Movement Nigeria stated that LabourDirect’s ideology is based on a 50-point Executive Order system designed to bypass state and local government middlemen and deliver services directly to citizens.
“We are proud to unveil the updated 7 of our scientific leadership policy guidelines.
The first is direct funding, as per Code EO 001, which will account for approximately 15 percent of FAAC, with approximately ₦ 4 billion naira per ward payable annually on the 25th of every month.
Secondly, the creation of jobs and social welfare is addressed in Code EO 017, which provides for the allocation of ₦50,000 jobs to jobless Nigerians, resulting in the creation of approximately 1 million jobs within 12 months through ward clusters.
On Security, with code EO 011 plus EO 014.
Also, community ward security is designed to be manned with artificial intelligence (AI) surveillance, with real-time crime reporting on the hour and every hour.
Dr.Agada posited that health and education, with Code EO 005 and EO 009, will have free primary health care (PHC), insisting that drugs and free WAEC and JAMB vouchers shall be provided to Nigerians adequately.
Again, he emphasized that his new digital leadership style will boost already emasculated infrastructural development in Nigeria, with Code EO 006 plus EO 010, which will have a house for work, with solar-powered mini-grids in every ward.
On Justice and Transparency, on coded EO 030 and EO 050, he pointed out that the policy will ensure quick dispensation of Justice within 90-Day Trials as well as discharge of open treasury, where every kobo can be tracked through the `LabourDirect.com/dashboard’.
On the Production economy, he assured that this will also provide Agro-Industrial Clusters (AICs) in all 6 geopolitical zones, with a resolve that it will move Nigeria from a consumption to a production and exporting economy.
Meanwhile, Dr. Agada has announced that his Labour Direct Information Network (LIN) V0.1 watchdog model will be launched in the month of August 2026 nationwide. He said that for citizens to access the platform, they can register, track LGA budgets, and file red flags _before_ we enter government.
Dr. Agada is upbeat that the YPP would take advantage of its new model to garner votes from the 774 local government areas, which no other political party had.
“I joined the YPP because of its legacies of ‘No godfatherism ‘, No Tribalism and Merit-Oriented leadership. The YPP has no governors. That is the point. The APC and PDP built Abuja. ADC is recycling Abuja politicians. Only YPP with LabourDirect is building the Ward and LGAs through digital leadership”.
“I can confirm to you that the ‘Operation Digitalize 774’ is already live and accessible through the platform.”
He said that about 1,548 stewards captured through the Labour Direct Information Network (LIN) are being recruited, with 2 persons per ward, adding that with this, it targets over 25M using the LabourDirect Information Network (LIN) registrations by December 2026 via 347.
Dr. Agada, 54, is a father of eight, including three adopted children. Through his charity endowments, he has reached all 36 states and the FCT, with deep roots in Benue.
He is a Doctor of Acoustic Architecture, Gulf American University, 2025, and has led the congress of professionals since 2006.

Dr. Agada is recognized for building Cyrus Group into one of the world’s leading acoustic organizations at the age of 54. He is not new to policy. He served in the “Big Tent” shadow government as director of infrastructure, energy, works, housing & urban development, where he authored master plans now forming the core of `LabourDirect`.
