A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Abia State, Ifeanyi Ogbonna, popularly known as Ignes, has congratulated the Lawmaker representing Abia North Senatorial District, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, on the occasion of his 65th birthday, describing the former Abia Governor’s leadership strides as impactful, valuable and indelible.
Chronicling Kalu’s business, political and philanthropic endeavours, Ogbonna, in a press release on Monday morning, congratulated the lawmaker, describing him as an accomplished elder statesman worthy of emulation.
Ogbonna noted that Kalu, who presides over the Senate Committee on South-East Development Commission, has remained undaunted in the socio-economic and infrastructural development of Abia-North Senatorial District, which he stated was demonstrated when Kalu was Governor of the State.
Highlighting the virtues of the former Senate Chief Whip, Ignes, the CEO of Visteon International Company Limited, said that Kalu embodies virtues of Honesty, Hard Work, Ingenuity, Humanity, Equitability and Justice.
The Prominent Political Ohafia/Arochukwu stakeholder praised Senator Orji Kalu for his laudable contributions to Nigeria’s industrialisation, being a successful entrepreneur as well as the Nation’s Democratic process through his legislative endeavours and public commentaries.
According to Ignes, Kalu’s industrialisation effort has continued to create self-sufficiency and created thousands of jobs for Nigerians, especially among youths.
