Women crave for healthy nails. Healthy nails are strong, smooth, uniform in colour and exhibit a healthy pink nail bed underneath. It is pertinent to note that weak and brittle nails could be caused by over exposure to chemicals like detergents or excess moisture.

Here are few things to note:

Wash hands regularly and follow up with hand cream.

Trim your nails regularly, though long nails might look nice but cut if they aren’t healthy.

Care for your cuticles by using a balm or cuticle oil. The cuticle oil or balm plays an important role in nail beautification.
