Women have been advised to emulate the good virtues of Chief (Mrs) Grace Anike Mojirola Kuponiyi who displays exemplary attitude in serving God and mankind. Pastor Rev. Canon Akinsanya gave the advice who at the thanksgiving service marking her 75th birthday at Saint Mathew African Church, 37, Ifekoya Street, Dopemu, Lagos.
Rev Akinsanya described Mrs. Kuponiyi as a role model both in the Christian life and the secular world, offered special prayers for her, the children and other family members.
Mrs. Kuponiyi was born into the family of late Mr and Mrs. Oduoye in October 1942. She attended Baptist Salen Primary School and later Modern School at Iragbiji, now in Osun State. She also has a Certificate in Secretariat Studies.
One of the children, Mr. Bamidele Olusola Kuponiyi, Zonal Manager (ICT), NIPOST, Lagos Zone, said no mother can be like her mother who she described as a devoted Christian and caring mother. He prayed God to grant her long life with good health and sound mind.
