Women break barriers in Delta

In a world where gender inequality persists, a group of trailblazing women is redefining the real estate industry and shattering glass ceilings. The Women in Real Estate (WIRE) held a recent conference in Asaba, Delta State, that was a testament to the power of female empowerment and a celebration of women’s achievements in the sector. 
The event, which saw over 150 women converge for the second annual WIRE conference, ignited a fiery passion for change and catapulted the women towards unprecedented heights in the industry.
The conference was a vibrant gathering designed to foster transformational leadership, wealth creation through real estate and spiritual growth among women. It featured a line up of keynote speakers and panellists, who shared their expertise and experiences.
Mr. Nelson Nwamara, aka Falcon of Real Estate, delivered a speech on the power of strong women. He offered insightful steps to achieve financial independence.
Justice Mabel Segun Bello, of the Federal High Court, emphasised the importance of spiritual intelligence for women in leadership and navigating the legal landscape in real estate.
Mrs. Betty Irabor, founder, Genevieve Magazine, spoke on self-awareness and authenticity in entrepreneurial leadership. She encouraged attendees to “kill competition and encourage collaboration.”
Mrs. Tope Mark Odigie, CEO, Reb360, shared invaluable sales strategies. She emphasised the importance of brand positioning for success in real estate.
Other speakers included Mrs. Chioma Ifeanyieze, founder, Accountinghub.ng. She spoke on effective financial management strategies. Dr. Mike Oladipo emphasised self-leadership, while Miss Chibuzor Doris discussed sustainable business practices. Mrs. Wendy Emesie spoke on strategic relationship building, and Chisom Anerobi explored the ownership mentality in a corporate setting.
The conference featured other inspiring talks, thought-provoking panel discussions and invaluable networking opportunities.
