WillMoon Artificial Intelligence Company, a software technology development organisation, has launched three new market-ready applications. The company, with roots in Ontario and development operations under Upland Services in Canada, aims to disrupt key sectors with its AI-driven solutions.

The launch event, marking the formal introduction of these applications, follows a period of commercial approval and testing by select organizations since 2022.  “WillMoon, a team of young, forward-thinking business and technology development professionals, is now ready to offer its products to a wider market”, stated Kenny Imarah, Business and Development Lead at WillMoon Artificial Intelligence Company.

The event  featured two panel discussions, delved into key real estate investment considerations and the potential of innovative real estate applications. The discussions, moderated by the Founder, The Deal Room Africa Platform, Ify Oji, focused on “Maximising Returns on Real Estate Assets” and “Scaling Your Business in Challenging Economic Times.

Some of the panelists are Kofi Aponu (MD and CEO of Food Concepts PLC), Alex Laval (National Key Accounts and Draft Operations Manager at Heineken Company), and Marenike John Taylor (President of the Restaurants, Bars, Cafes, and Clubs Association) among others

The panelists emphasised the crucial role of location in real estate investment, echoing the importance of thorough title documentation and accessible financing. The discussion acknowledged the difficulties of securing mortgages in Nigeria, but expressed optimism for future improvements in interest rates.

They also emphasized the need for businesses to be adaptable and resilient in the face of economic challenges highlighting the importance of cost management, strategic innovation, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

The launched applications include: Estate Books App, a comprehensive real estate tenancy management application designed with property owners in mind. It offers a secure and user-friendly mobile and web platform for end-to-end rental management, performance tracking, and streamlined rental marketing and community management.

The second application was the Urban Fleet App. This fully anonymous private automobile pre book-rental application allows individuals to generate revenue from their vehicles in a secure and monitored environment. The application facilitates both termed vehicle rentals and shared carpooling options at the owner’s discretion, leveraging WillMoon’s experience in the transportation rental sector.

Finally, the WillMoon Inventory System, a robust and flexible point-of-sale and inventory management application was launched. This system is optimized for accuracy and flexible stock distribution. It caters to hospitality businesses like bars and restaurants, offering online and offline functionality, end-to-end order completion, and granular product pricing for both wholesale and retail transactions.

The company emphasised its focus on market-scale commercial products with business advantage, machine learning, computer vision, and artificial intelligence product development.
