Peniel Metropolitan Limited, has called on citizens to embrace real estate investment as a viable path to financial freedom and generational wealth.
The firm made this call during its 10th anniversary and real estate mega summit held in Lagos.
Themed: “Winning Big With Real Estate,” the summit attracted a large audience and featured key industry stakeholders.
Peniel’s Managing Director, John Adeyemi, hosted a high-profile panel, including the Global President of The Billionaires Conclave, Olumide Emmanuel; Managing Director of Reb360, Tope Mark Odigie and Managing Director of Realty Point, Debo Adejana.
Speaking as the summit’s guest speaker, Emmanuel emphasised the potential of real estate as a reliable source of multiple income streams for Nigerians.
He acknowledged the fears associated with investing but urged participants to overcome them in order to secure financial stability.
“Many Nigerians struggle to build multiple streams of income because of the perceived risks in real estate. “But to create generational wealth, we must build confidence and take meaningful risks. Real estate is one of the most effective vehicles to achieve this,” he noted.
He also unveiled “Real estate code unlocked,” a book authored by Adeyemi, describing it as a practical guide for aspiring investors.
According to him, the book offers insights and strategies that demystify the complexities of the industry.
The summit also featured presentations on various sectors of the real estate market.
He elaborated on its segmentation, highlighting office buildings, retail spaces, industrial properties, hospitality and agricultural estates as lucrative investment areas.
The event, which doubled as an anniversary celebration, also featured the unveiling of new estate locations, special discount offers, raffle draws and cutting the anniversary cake.
In his closing remarks, Adeyemi expressed gratitude to participants and reaffirmed the company’s commitment to expanding its offerings.
“I’m thankful to everyone who found it worthwhile to be part of this journey. We started small, but over the past 10 years, we’ve made significant progress. This is only the beginning. We have even greater plans in the pipeline to transform the real estate landscape,” he said.
