From my perspective, focusing on impact over applause requires authenticity and courage. Early in my career, gaining visibility was challenging, and recognition did not come easily. When I centered my work on genuine service and connecting with people’s lives, doors opened naturally. I advise aspiring professionals to stay consistent, speak from experience, and embrace every opportunity to create positive outcomes for others.
