Nigerian artiste Odumodublvck has said he didn’t panic when the stage collapsed during his performance at the Nativeland Festival.

Daily Sun reported that the incident occurred in SoL Beach, Elegushi area of Lagos State on December 21, 2024, when Odumodublvck and his crew were thrilling fans.

The moment of the sudden structural failure was captured and shared on social media, with crew members and fans scampering for safety.

Addressing the scary experience in an interview with HIPTV, Odumodublvck disclosed that he wasn’t scared and didn’t panic because God is always with him.

“For some reason, I wasn’t scared, and I didn’t panic because God is always in me, and for some reason, I didn’t panic at all.

“Situations like that can be avoided, and I think the company that hosted the show, which is native, released a statement that they’re carrying out investigations with the stage and production company.

“People don’t know things like this, like when they say come and do shows, there’s a production company, light people, sound people, and security,” he said.
