Christian author and relationship advocate, Dolly Ohanyere, has explained why building purposeful lives, healthy relationships and thriving marriages remains essential to individual fulfilment and societal development.
Speaking ahead of the launch of ‘The Becoming Collection’, a six-book series, in Lagos tomorrow (Sunday),.she said the six-book series was inspired by a vision from God to equip people with practical and spiritual tools for discovering purpose, nurturing healthy relationships and building lasting marriages.
She described the unveiling as more than a book presentation, saying it represents the public declaration of a divine assignment she has carried for years.
According to her, identity, purpose and relationships are inseparable. She stressed that enduring marriages are built by individuals, who understand who they are and what they were created to do.
The collection features six titles: It was Always There: Uncover Your Purpose; Seen from the Start: A Parent’s Guide to Helping Their Child Uncover Their Purpose Early; The Mirror: Reflecting on Me Before Choosing Us; Meaningful Choosing: The Blueprint of Purposeful Union; Wells and Encounters: Finding God in the Middle of What Broke You; and Wells and Encounters Daily Devotional.
Ohanyere said the books were birthed through prayer and sustained by divine grace, expressing hope that they would help readers make informed life decisions and build stronger families.
She added that the overarching vision behind The Becoming Collection is to see marriages thrive rather than merely survive. She noted further that healthy unions are often the result of two emotionally and spiritually whole individuals choosing each other with clarity and purpose.
The launch is expected to bring together family members, friends, faith leaders and supporters to celebrate the unveiling of the collection and its message of personal transformation, purpose discovery and healthy relationships.
