What motivated me to pursue a career in acting– Nollywood star, Bukola Ojo
Nollywood actress Bukola Ojo, popularly known as Sassy, recently opened up about her decision to pursue a career in acting.
In a recent interview, the Olabisi Onabanjo University graduate revealed that she was inspired to enter the field at age 26 due to the impactful lessons and messages conveyed by actors and actresses in their roles.
Ojo also shared that her role model is veteran actress Jaiye Kuti. She credited watching Kuti while growing up as instrumental in honing her own acting skills.
When asked about the uniqueness of her acting style, Ojo confidently stated, “I think my acting is unique, whether traditional or modern. In both types of roles, I find myself performing well.”
Looking ahead, Ojo, who graduated with a degree in computer science, expressed her ambition for the future. “In five years, I see myself working on major films and making a mark both locally and internationally. With the help of God, I believe all of this will be possible,” she said.
