Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, has said that the state government has petitioned the International Criminal Court (ICC), Human Rights and other institutions over the atrocities Nigerian military committed during the last presidential and National Assembly elections in Rivers.
Governor Wike has also stated that allegation of monetary inducement against him by the 6 Division, Nigerian Army, Port Harcourt, was diversionary.
