The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has said it was monitoring issues concerning the former Governor of Kaduna State and the Department of State Security (DSS) closely.
The DSS yesterday, filed a three-court charge against el-Rufai for allegedly intercepting the National Security Adviser (NSA), Nuhu Ribadu’s telephone communication.

The DSS stated that the former governor allegedly violated Section 12(1) of the Cybercrime Act ( Prohibition and Prevention etc) Act 2024.
Also, yesterday, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) grilled the former Kaduna State Governor over allegations against him.
However, when contacted, the ADC National Publicity Secretary, Bolaji Abdullahi, told Daily Sun that “We are monitoring the situation closely. So, we don’t have any comments at this time.”
