WAEC to release reviewed WASSCE results today

The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) will this afternoon release the reviewed results of the May/June 2025 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE).

WAEC Head of National Office (HNO), Dr. Amos Dangut, will address newsmen on the outcome of the reviewed results of 2025 WASSCE.

On Monday, August 4th, 2025, WAEC released the school exam results taken by 1.9 million candidates and only 38.32 percent obtained five credits including English Language and Mathematics.

Following public outcry, WAEC management on Thursday announced that the results will be reviewed and details made known on Friday.
