Voting has now commenced in some polling units at Karshi, in the Federal Capital Territory after over two hours delay.
At polling unit 017 and 003, voting commenced at about 9;45 with preference given to the elderly and people with disabilities.
Security personnel on ground and presiding officers were busy appealing to the voters to conduct themselves orderly.
It was also observed that the process is going on smoothly as the BVAS are working perfectly without hitches.
