Wireless Limited, Nigeria’s newest GSM operator licensed by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), is set to launch its nationwide service, marking a major leap forward in the country’s telecommunications evolution.
The company is introducing mobile technology designed to deliver seamless connectivity, enhanced mobility, and intelligent digital solutions to individuals, businesses, and communities across Nigeria.
According to the comapny’s Executive Chairman, Kenneth Nwabueze, its mission goes beyond traditional communication services. He said: “At the heart of our vision is a bold ambition to redefine mobile communication through technology that not only connects people but also protects them. From IoT-driven devices and smart logistics to AI-powered safety analytics, Vitel Wireless is pioneering a new frontier in Nigeria’s mobile ecosystem.”
Nwabueze described Vitel Wireless as “more than a telecom brand it’s a movement toward a smarter, safer, and more connected Nigeria.”
He added: “Our goal is to bridge technology and humanity, using innovation to improve lives, empower businesses, and strengthen national security.”
The company has already established interconnections with all major Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) in Nigeria including MTN, Airtel, and Glo and secured a roaming agreement with MTN to support its nationwide rollout. This strategic partnership ensures one of the widest network coverages in the country.

Vitel Wireless has also collaborated with the NCC and multiple law enforcement agencies to develop and support regulatory frameworks that enhance public and personal safety within Nigeria’s telecom space.
According to the company’s Executive Director, this collaborative experience positions Vitel Wireless as both a technology innovator and regulatory partner, bringing together insight, infrastructure, and intelligence to power Nigeria’s next phase of digital transformation.
