
US Mayor Honors D’CEM Awards CEO with Proclamation

Mayor Craig L. Newton of Norcross, Georgia, in the United States of America, has presented a city proclamation to American-based Nigerian Dr. Debby Goodnew-Silas, Chief Executive Officer of the D’CEM Awards.
