The United States military said Iran lied about killing 100 American service members in the ongoing conflict in the Middle East.

The US Central Command stated this in a Thursday X post dispelling four ‘fake news’ propagated by the Iranian regime.

Iran said US forces were withdrawing.

The regime also claimed it has sunk a US destroyer and killed 100 US marines.

Iran’s elite Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) further claimed to have taken down US fighter aircraft.

The command described the claims as “all lies”.

In its response, the command said in reality, “US forces are expanding strikes deeper into Iranian airspace by the hour.

“US forces sank 20+ Iranian regime vessels with overwhelming firepower from air, land, and sea.

“Over a four-day period, US forces have reduced Iranian regime drone launches by 73% and ballistic missile launches by 86%.

“US military power projection capability is unmatched.”
