Arsenal legend Thierry Henry has praised four Paris Saint-Germain players following their 4-2 victory over Barcelona in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday.
PSG secured the win in Paris through goals from Désiré Doué, Lucas Hernández, Vitinha and Fabián Ruiz.
Barcelona, managed by Hansi Flick, responded with goals from Xavi Espart and Lamine Yamal but were unable to prevent the French champions from claiming all three points.
Speaking to CBS Sports Golazo after the game, Henry praised Fabian Ruiz, Joao Neves, Vitinha and Achraf Hakimi for their outstanding performance against the Blaugrana.
“They [PSG] just dominated the games. Fabian Ruiz, Joao Neves and Vitinha, they controlled that game. That midfield was just outstanding,” Henry said.
“Not only the midfield, Hakimi was outstanding and losing players in the wing didn’t changed the way PSG played against Barcelona.”
