Minister of State for Petroleum Resources (Oil), Sen. Heineken Lokpobiri, has described the massive turnout recorded during the APC Direct Presidential Primary Election across Bayelsa State as a strong affirmation of the people’s confidence in President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his Renewed Hope Agenda.

Lokpobiri commended party faithful, stakeholders, electoral officials and security agencies for ensuring a peaceful, transparent and credible process across all 105 political wards in Bayelsa State, including the 12 wards in Ekeremor Local Government Area.

The minister noted that the unprecedented participation reflects the growing acceptance of the APC and the increasing confidence of Nigerians in the transformative policies and reforms being implemented by the Tinubu administration.

“This presidential primary is a clear indication of what will happen in the general election. The overwhelming turnout across Bayelsa State demonstrates that our people believe in the leadership of President Tinubu and are fully aligned with the Renewed Hope vision,” he said.

Lokpobiri urged party supporters and stakeholders to remain steadfast, united and committed as the APC advances towards the next phase of political engagement and national consolidation.
