Truck Transit Parks Limited, manager of the electronic call-up system, has reiterated its commitment to drive development through innovation.

In a statement, the Managing Director of TTP, Mr Jama Onwubuariri, disclosed this at the launch of the University of Lagos Employment Clinic: Education to Employment Transition Programme recently.

Speaking at the event with the theme ‘Blue Career Insights’, he said that TTP was committed to fostering an environment where education meets practical application.

“Our participation in this significant event reflects our dedication to empowering students with the tools and knowledge necessary for success in the modern workforce. At TTP, we believe in the power of innovation and critical thinking to drive sustainable economic development,” he stated.

According to Onwubuariri, the Ètò system is a prime example of how innovative thinking can address critical challenges and create new opportunities.

He added that the company was honoured for the opportunity to share their experiences and insights with the future leaders in attendance.

Onwubuariri, who was a panellist at the event, declared that to enable the education-to-employment transition, students need to identify their passion, minimise distractions, identify socio-economic problems around them and research their solutions, be team players, stand on the right principles and avoid destructive habits.

He also highlighted the success of TTP’s Ètò call-up system, a pioneering technology that has revolutionised logistics and transport management at Apapa and Tincan ports.

The UNILAG-Employment Clinic EETP was designed to provide students with the skills and insights needed to navigate the transition from university to employment effectively.
