Super Eagles forward Victor Boniface has spoken for the first time since his deal to AC Milan collapsed.
Boniface was scheduled to join the Serie A team on loan from Bayer Leverkusen.
He flew to Milan for his medicals, and the Rosseneri were concerned about some of the test results.
They eventually decided to pull the plug on the deal, but Boniface has since joined Werder Bremen on a loan deal.

Speaking to reporters on Wednesday, Boniface said: “The Milan deal not going through, that’s not on me. They decided not to go through with.
“I have a strong mentality. If the deal was meant to happen, it’s meant to happen.
“If it wasn’t meant to happen, I move on to the next thing…”
