Napoli has given Galatasaray until next Monday to complete the paperwork for Victor Osimhen.
According to Football Italia, the two teams reached an agreement on the anti-Serie A provision and percentage difficulties.
Napoli has been talking with Galatasaray about the transfer of Osimhen all summer.
The Turkish champions are anxious to sign Osimhen permanently after he went on loan last season.

Gala had at least four proposals rejected, but they are now on the verge of finalising the deal.
However, Napoli will not wait long to finalise the transaction.
A deadline of next Monday has been set, with the Serie A side feeling it will be enough time for Galatasaray to complete the essential papers.
Galatasaray will pay €40m upfront and the remaining €35m in instalments by June 2026.
