…Commences mobilisation of Polling Units canvassers across Nigeria

As part of early strategic activities, former Zamfara State governor, Senator Abdulaziz Yari, has sealed arrangements to unleash 1500 All Progressives Congress (APC) campaign organisations on the opposition parties as part of the efforts to ensure the re-election of President Bola Tinubu in the 2027 presidential elections.

To equally actualise President Tinubu’s re-election bid, Senator Yari, through his Renewed Hope Network (TRN), has also commenced the mobilisation of Polling Unit canvassers across Nigeria.

The campaign network hinged the arrangements on the groundwork for effective grassroots engagement ahead of the January 16, 2027 presidential election.
A statement in Abuja by the Deputy Director General of APC Support Groups Council, Dr. AK Peters, disclosed that the over 1500 APC registeted support groups have agreed to collapse their structures into the Senator Yari-led TRN as a Special Purpose Vehicle to galvanize robust and broad-based grassroots support for Tinubu’s re-election.

The statement further disclosed that the decision was taken after a strategic meeting with TRN’s technical team led by a seasoned APC mobilizer and former Senior Special Assistant to APC National Chairman on Civil Society and Support Groups, Comrade Okpokwu Ogenyi and an international diplomat, Prof. Tunji John Asaolu.

While expressing confidence in the growing momentum of TRN nationwide, Peters explained that TRN is powered by Yari, the Senator representing Zamfara West, as a major platform for grassroots mobilization ahead of the 2027 presidential elections.

“The level of acceptability of TRN by Nigerians is unprecedented and the APC Support Groups Council can not be left out.
“The TRN is committed to building the most formidable grassroots political movement in support of Mr. President within a very short time while networking every corner of the Country.
“In APC, we have over three thousand five hundred (3,500) registered support groups out of which one thousand five hundred (1,500) have approved partnership with TRN. We are confident that another 2,000 groups will join the network between now and Easter,” Ak Peters stated.
While extolling the quality of leadership Senator Yari provided, the APC Support Groups Council leader added that THN remains the only hope for grassroots mobilisations across the country.
He said no effort will be spared in mobilising Nigerians toward ensuring that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is sworn in for a second term on May 29, 2027 as far as Senator Yari is involved.
