Tinubu lauded for signing SEDC bill into law

A leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Anambra State, Chief Kodilichukwu Okelekwe, has lauded President Bola Tinubu for assenting to the South East Development Commission (SEDC) Bill.

In a statement on Wednesday, Okelekwe noted that President Tinubu’s assent to the SEDC bill demonstrates his unwavering commitment to development and unity across the country.

The APC leader also lauded the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Benjamin Kalu, and the South East caucus in the House for sponsoring the SEDC bill, which aims to address developmental challenges in the South East geopolitical zone.

Okelekwe, the APC senatorial candidate for Anambra Central in the 2023 general election, said the President, through the SEDC bill, has shown his dedication to national progress and inclusivity.
