An All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain, Joe Igbokwe said President Bola Tinubu is repositioning the country on the path of development while confronting forces that have held the nation back for decades.
The former Special Adviser to the Lagos governor on Drainage and Water Resources stated this in a Facebook post on Tuesday.
Igbokwe spoke against the backdrop of the prosecution of some high-profile Nigerians for corruption-related matters.

Some prominent personalities presently being prosecuted under the Tinubu administration include former Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami SAN; former Minister of Labour and Employment, Senator Chris Ngige; former Governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello; and former Minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika.
“PBAT is meticulously tearing down the stronghold that has been pulling Nigeria down for decades.
“PBAT is facing monsters, cankerworms and cartapillers eating Nigeria to bones for decades.
“PBAT is confronting the agents of darkness, epicureans, awon jeun ko ku, epicureans, cultural savages, reckless plunderers, treasurely looters and pillagers. It will end in praise,” Igbokwe said.
