The Presidential Candidate of the All Progressives Congress(APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has just arrived his polling unit amid late arrival of elections materials and INEC officers.

Clad in a blue caftan, Tinubu arrived his polling unit 085 ward F at exactly 10.01am amid cheers from his teeming supporters
