Customs Area Controller at Tin Can Island Port Command, Comptroller Frank Onyeka, has described the conferment of a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Leadership and Strategic Studies on Comptroller General of Customs (CGC) Bashir Adewale Adeniyi by the Federal University Lokoja (FUL), Kogi State as another remarkable academic feat.
Onyeka, who spoke on behalf of other officers in the unit, said the award was also a reflection of his intellectual dedication, visionary leadership and excellence in public service.
