Threndx, a pioneering social media platform committed to user privacy, has officially launched globally, offering a fresh approach to online connection, content creation, and earning potential. The innovative platform aims to redefine social engagement by prioritizing authenticity and rewarding users for their everyday Interactions.

Threndx is the brainchild of a trio of seasoned technology entrepreneurs: Agbene Ejigah, Arun Ahir, and Ijeamaka (Ijay) Ojeifo. These co-founders bring decades of collective experience spanning IT, engineering, business development, and global digital transformation to the venture.

Agbene Ejigah, the Founder and CEO of Threndx Limited, boasts over 20 years of expertise in IT and software project management. A serial entrepreneur, Ejigah previously established Treals, an e-commerce platform that impacted over 1.7 million users, and The Hunt, a talent discovery platform that attracted over 200,000 aspiring artists.

Ijeamaka (Ijay) Ojeifo contributed more than 25 years of global business development experience across technology, oil and gas, and professional services. He is also the founder of 3Sight Services Limited, a technology solutions provider.

Based in Canada, Arun Ahir is an entrepreneur and strategic investor with over two decades of experience building successful businesses across India and Canada. Originally a mechanical engineer, Ahir has founded and scaled ventures across diverse sectors, demonstrating a keen eye for innovation and market trends. As a co-founder of Threndx, he brings a global perspective and a passion for redefining online connections through a more authentic and user-driven digital experience.

The Threndx app is now readily available for download on both iOS and Android devices. Designed with the contemporary user in mind, Threndx seamlessly integrates powerful features such as photo and video sharing, blogging, storytelling, group functionalities, and a personalized newsfeed, all within an intuitive interface. The platform supports a wide array of content formats, including audio and long-form posts, positioning it as a versatile alternative to existing social networks.

Threndx distinguishes itself from traditional platforms by prioritizing user privacy. Unlike models that monetize personal data, Threndx ensures that all data is encrypted during transmission and that personal information is never shared with third parties. This commitment underscores the platform’s mission to empower, rather than exploit, its users.

“Social media should feel safe, human, and rewarding. We created Threndx to give users more than just a place to post. We want to give them a platform where their presence and creativity truly matter”, stated Agbene Ejigah, Founder and CEO of Threndx Limited.

Since its recent rollout, Threndx has garnered enthusiastic feedback, attracting substantial downloads and providing a refreshing space for individuals seeking new connections and a fresh start online. Early reviewers have praised its approach: “Threndx is a game-changer! It’s refreshing to see a platform that centers real expression,” commented one user. Another noted, “With its vibrant interface and dynamic content feed, Threndx is a must-have.” The platform has particularly resonated with Gen Zs and Gen Xs, who are seeking new avenues for connection away from the scrutiny of older generations on established platforms. “For them, Threndx is a new adventure,” remarked Adeola, a long-time Threndx user.

A significant innovation is Threndx’s recently launched democratized reward system. Users earn points for everyday activities — including posting, liking, commenting, and sharing — irrespective of their follower count or celebrity status. Early adopters are already witnessing rapid point accumulation and are actively redeeming cash rewards, transforming routine engagement into tangible opportunities and generating considerable excitement within the community.

“We built Threndx to empower people to connect, express, and engage without compromising on privacy or user experience. It’s time for social media to feel human again, and to democratize the earning space”, Agbene Ejigah reiterated.
