Itel Nigeria has reiterated its commitment in providing affordable technology to its customers.
This assurance was made by the company’s marketing manager, Taiwo Abdulai, during the unveiling of its latest smartphone series, the Itel S25 ultra and other products in its ecosystem, in Lagos. He said their customers as unique individuals, deserve the best quality when it comes to electronic devices and the new release combines premium flagship display experience with affordability, offering a viable alternative to high-end devices.
Also speaking at the event held in partnership with MTN Nigeria, the general manager, Itel Nigeria, Chidi Okonkwo, said the new product is powered by Itel OS 14.5 and upgradeable to android 15, Itel S25 Ultra and a 5000mAh battery.
“The phone ensures users stay up-to-date with the latest software enhancements and security updates, keeping their devices secure and future ready. It is also water resistant with wet or oily touch control. The screen also has the ability to withstand extreme pressures, whether cold or hot,” he said.
Okonkwo also said the phone is equipped with google’s recently rolled out Theft Protection Security updates, including theft detection lock, offline device lock and remote lock.
Speaking also at the event, Head, Product and Devices, MTN Nigeria, Clement Nwankwo, stated that the firm’s partnership with Itel is part of the of commitment to connect people. He then commended Itel’s efforts towards connecting people by producing very affordable smart phones.
