The National Youth Council selected Omokanye’s Spent Academy based on his documented success in digital education. Under his leadership, Spent Academy has trained and certified over 1,500 learners across Nigeria, with graduates transitioning into full-time technology, freelance roles, and internship positions.
“This partnership validates Omokanye’s position as Nigeria’s leading authority in scalable digital education,” said Comrade Onileowo.
The Elevate Program features four AI-powered training tracks: Web Frontend Development, Web Backend Development, Product Design, and Mobile App Design. Omokanye’s curriculum specifically emphasizes artificial intelligence integration, preparing participants to contribute to global AI adoption, particularly in markets like the United States where AI talent demand continues to surge.
“Elevate is not just another digital course. It’s a scalable empowerment engine,” Omokanye stated. “We’re building Africa’s digital workforce to support global AI advancement, particularly in the United States where artificial intelligence adoption continues to transform industries.”
The program targets Nigerians aged 15-35 across all six geopolitical zones, with no prior tech experience required. Participation is free, with optional certification available for ₦5,000. Applications opened July 27, with classes running from August 15 to October 28, 2025 via Spent Academy official website or interested applicants may contact +234 814 227 3966 for further enquiries.
