After a long absence from Nollywood, actress, dancer and model, Tayo Sobola, has bounced back better and more equipped.
According to the screen diva, she took some time away from the screen to rejuvenate and work on a new concept.
Sobola told The Sun: “I am staging a comeback to the screen in a big way. One of the reasons for my absence was because I needed time to face some other things and prepare myself for the tasks ahead. Our industry has become more dynamic and this requires a lot from those of us who know their onions.
My best is yet to come, so I decided to maintain a low profile to move to the next level. Now I am coming out big to give my fans what they truly deserve for being there for me over the years.”
During the interregnum, Sobola took several courses including the art of public speaking, while also busy doing other businesses.
“More should be expected from the beautiful actress, as she has added media consultancy, content creation and other beats to her calling. Not only that, Sobola is a mentor to other actors and this must have motivated her to raise the bar, get adequately prepared and armed herself with the necessary tools needed to bring new ideas into the industry,” a source quipped.
