The Supreme Court in a unanimous judgment on Wednesday affirmed the election of Okezie Ikpeazu as Governor of Abia State.
The apex court dismissed the appeal filed by candidate of the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) Alex Otti for lacking in merit.
Justice Paul Galunje, who read the judgment of the apex court, held that the appellants failed to lead credible evidence to prove their petition.
