The Jordanian Football Association has moved the matches of the four-team international friendly tournament, scheduled for March 2026, to be held in the Turkish city of Antalya, due to the current situation in the Middle-East and the limited movement of people.

The four-team tournament will be held with the participation of the Jordanian national team, along with Iran, Nigeria and Costa Rica, as part of the preparations for participation in the 2026 World Cup.

According to the tournament schedule, the Jordanian national team will play its first match against Costa Rica on Friday evening, March 27, and on the same day Iran will meet Nigeria.

The Jordanian national team will meet Nigeria on Tuesday evening, March 31, and on the same day Iran will play its second match against Costa Rica.

It is worth noting that the Jordanian national team will hold its final training camp before the World Cup finals in May and June, where it will meet Switzerland on Sunday evening, May 31, in the city of St. Gallen, before departing for America to face Colombia on Sunday evening, June 7, in the city of San Diego, and will settle in its official camp during the World Cup in the American city of Portland.

The Jordanian national team is preparing for its first-ever participation in the World Cup, having settled into Group 10 alongside Argentina, Algeria and Austria.
