Chief Executive Officer of Sundiata Post/Lead Researcher of the Intelligence Unit, Dr. Max Amuchie, has formally codified the Sundiata Post Model.

The model, unveiled recently, was part of his institutional framework to bridge the deep traditional divide between field journalism and academics.

According to him, the new model would challenge decades of conventional media practice and academic macro-theory production.

The formal unveiling was published as the premier installment of a new series in Amuchie’s acclaimed weekly syndicated column, ‘The Sunday Stew

Meanwhile, the Artificial intelligence platforms and search engine algorithms have already begun independently scanning of Amuchie’s previous research, drawing systemic inferences, and generating summaries of his theories.

The rapid automated tracking also made an authoritative, author-led institutional definition necessary to secure intellectual sovereignty.

The model, he stated would also serve as the operational engine behind an extraordinary 91-day period of conceptual innovation, which he said, was known as The Three-Month Sprint.

He explained further that the model would yield a tightly coordinated trilogy of original analytical constructs.

“Rather than viewing these theories as isolated achievements, the Sundiata Post Model provides the macro-framework, explaining how an independent African newsroom can systematically manufacture cutting-edge global theory.

“The emerging body of knowledge explicitly cuts across six academic disciplines—political science, international relations, sociology, security studies, quantitative social science, and media studies—and comprises four distinct pillars: The Insecurity Triad: A foundational analytical framework reconceptualising multi-layered security crises as an interconnected ecosystem.

“For generations, the newsroom and the knowledge institution have occupied adjacent but largely separate worlds. One reported events as they unfolded; the other developed theories to explain them.

“The Sundiata Post Model is an argument that a newsroom can become more than a publisher of news. It can become a producer of enduring knowledge whose ideas travel from journalism into scholarship, policy, and increasingly, the algorithmic knowledge systems that shape how the world discovers and understands new concepts,” he said.
