In late 2019, just months before the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted global education systems, Dr. Ojo and her team launched Gotocourse a virtual learning platform designed to help institutions deliver uninterrupted instruction. The platform proved invaluable, allowing RealzTech to continue operations without missing a single day.
Today, Gotocourse is used by over 2,000 institutions worldwide and continues to serve as a vital tool for virtual and hybrid learning.
GMIND AI: Africa’s Homegrown Answer to AI in Education
In 2023, Dr. Ojo made a pivotal decision. She left her position as Head of Cybersecurity & Compliance at a U.S.-based oil and gas corporation to pursue a larger calling building GMIND AI, a transformative platform placing Africa at the forefront of AI-powered education.
Unlike many tech solutions designed far from the realities of African classrooms, GMIND AI was built with African educators at its core. Designed for low-bandwidth environments and supporting over 15 languages (including local dialects), the platform is tailored to the continent’s unique educational challenges.
