Cristiano Ronaldo, Al-Nassr’s captain, expressed his delight after his club defeated Al-Najma 5–2 in a Saudi Pro League (SPL) match on Friday.
The Portugal forward returned from injury and scored two goals against the visitors at Alawwal Park in Riyadh.
Ronaldo and Sadio Mané each scored twice, while A. Alhamddan added a goal, securing all three points for Al-Nassr against Al-Najma.

Reacting after the game, Ronaldo took to his X account to post a photo of himself and his teammates celebrating, with the caption, “It’s good to be back. We move forward together.”
Al-Nassr will now face Al Akhdoud in their next fixture next Saturday.
They currently sit at the top of the Saudi Pro League table with 70 points from 27 matches.
