Anambra State Governor, Professor Chukwuma Charles Soludo, has congratulated His Grace, Most Reverend Valerian Maduka Okeke, Archbishop of Onitsha and Metropolitan of Onitsha Ecclesiastical Province, on his 24th Episcopal ordination anniversary.
In a goodwill message to the Catholic cleric, Soludo described the last 24 years of his ordination as years of dedicated and exemplary spiritual leadership.
The governor went on to describe Archbishop Okeke as a beacon of faith, hope and charity, guiding the faithful with wisdom, compassion and unceasing commitment to the gospel of Christ.

Governor Soludo noted that throughout his distinguished Episcopal ministry, Archbishop Okeke has been instrumental in promoting peace, unity and development not only within the Catholic Church but also across Anambra State and the entire nation. His tireless advocacy for social justice, education and the welfare of the poor and marginalised has left a positive mark on our society.
He commended the Archbishop’s invaluable contributions to nation-building, his moral guidance and his consistent support for good governance and the wellbeing of all citizens.
The Governor prayed that Almighty God continue to grant Archbishop Okeke divine health, wisdom and strength to continue his noble service to God and humanity for many more fruitful years.
