Nigerian-born dance artist Inimfon Iniama is making waves in the United Kingdom with her unique blend of Afro-fusion, contemporary and hip-hop dance styles.
A graduate of Theatre and Media Studies from the University of Calabar, Inimfon’s passion for dance has taken her to prestigious stages, including the BRIT Awards and the Diaspora Wonderland event, where she performed alongside top African artistes.
Her journey to stardom began with wins at the Dare2Dream talent competition and the AYKO African Talent Discovery Competition, which earned her international recognition and a chance to represent Nigeria at the Energy Fashion Night in Zurich.
Since relocating to the UK, Inimfon has continued to shine, taking on creative leadership roles, mentoring dancers and developing choreography for various projects.
She has also performed at high-profile events, including the Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco – African Heads of Mission Gala at the Mayfair Hotel in London.

In Blackpool, where she is now based, Inimfon is making a significant impact at the grassroots level, teaching dance at House of Wingz and leading Afro-fusion dance training.
Her classes have been praised for introducing audiences and young dancers to African-inspired movement styles that were previously underrepresented locally.
Inimfon’s contributions to the dance scene have not gone unnoticed, with recognition during Black History Month and a community impact honour for her role in broadening local appreciation for dance and cultural expression.
