Senegal Basketball Federation and the Angola Basketball Federation are in the race to stage the 5th window of the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023 African Qualifiers.

“But I wrote to FIBA ​​yesterday and It’s a letter I sent to FIBA ​​to say that I would like to organize the February window.
