The immediate past Speaker of the Abia State House of Assembly and frontline aspirant for the Ikwuano/Umuahia Federal Constituency seat, Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji, has paid glowing tribute to the Senator representing Abia North Orji Uzor Kalu on the occasion of his 66th birthday, describing him as a transformational leader who has redefined modern governance in Nigeria.
In a statement issued on Monday, Orji, on behalf of his family and constituents, celebrated Kalu’s legacy as former Governor of Abia North Lawmaker, noting that his administration laid a solid foundation for development across key sectors.
