SeamlessHR welcomes new Chief People Officer

Africa’s leading end-to-end  HR and payroll SaaS company, SeamlessHR, has announced the appointment of a new Chief People Officer, Elizabeth Okonji. In her new role, she will spearhead the company’s people and talent strategy while further enhancing its culture of excellence and growth.

Okonji, who recently founded TGL Labs, a business consulting and growth accelerator organisation  previously worked with Renmoney as the Chief People Officer, where she played a vital role in driving the development of workforce performance & culture. She also previously led the team of talent management at Interswitch, and served as Group Chief HR Officer at AfriGlobal and GMT Limited.

With almost two decades of professional experience, Okonji has held strategic HR leadership roles in renowned organisations, developing and implementing impactful HR programs and initiatives that align with business objectives. Her expertise spans areas such as talent management, executive leadership development, organisation design, organisational development, culture transformation and business operations optimisation.
