Sanyaolui pledges exceptional service delivery, values to stakeholders

The newly appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) of CSR-in-Action Group, Bolaji Sanyaolu, has pledged to deliver exceptional services and value addition to the Group’s stakeholders.
Sanyaolu who made this pledge also promised to drive business transformation of the group saying: “I am really excited to join CSR-in-Action. It is a privilege to contribute to a team which has been committed to and excelled at providing innovative ideas and solutions to businesses in the areas of CSR and sustainability management for over a decade.
“I am eager to utilise my experience to drive progress, improve operational effectiveness, and guide the company towards new achievements. Together, we will persist in delivering exceptional value to our clients and stakeholders.”
Bolaji brings over 32 years of extensive cognate experience and 18 in corporate social responsibility (CSR), human resources, and communications to the organisation. Her addition to the leadership team marks a significant milestone in the Group’s journey towards business transformation and enhanced client services.
A statement from the Group affirmed that Bolaji Sanyaolu’s distinguished career includes notable achievements in developing and implementing human-driven communication strategies, managing government relations, and spearheading environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. Her expertise in stakeholder engagement, performance management, and fostering robust systems management would be invaluable as they strive to create symbiotic growth for all our partners and clients.
Bolaji holds a master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialisation in Human Resources Management from Lagos State University. Her academic background, coupled with her practical experience, equips her with the skills necessary to lead CSR-in-Action towards achieving its strategic goals.
